The robust weave design incorporates a high fiber volume fraction (up to 60%) that enables fabrication of thick, high-performance laminates with minimal ply count. The cloth operates continuously at temperatures from –60°C to 550°C and is compatible with all major resin systems. Yes, the cloth is suitable for prepreg production with epoxy, BMI, and phenolic resin systems. The uniform thickness allows precise resin content control (32–38% by weight).
